- Set a simple covenant: show up, be honest, keep confidentiality, and pray for each other.

- 0:15–0:20 — Open in prayer. Keep it short and specific.

- 0:45–1:05 — Apply it: 'What is one thing you will do, stop, or pray about this week?'
- 1:05–1:20 — Accountability: follow up on last week's commitments.
- 1:20–1:30 — Close by praying for one another's specific requests.

How to lead without being a preacher
- Ask more than you tell. A good leader asks the next question, not gives the final answer.
- Let silence work. Men need time to form thoughts before they speak.
- Redirect tangents gently: 'That's a great point — let's park it and come back if we have time.'
- Share your own struggles first. Vulnerability from the leader gives permission to the room.
- End on time. Respect the clock and men will keep showing up.
Accountability that actually helps
- Ask specific questions: 'What did you commit to last week? How did it go?'
- Keep it voluntary but consistent. No one should feel interrogated.
- Pray into the struggle, not just around it.
- Follow up between meetings with a short text or voice memo.
- Celebrate progress. Men rarely get encouraged; be the group that does.
