Mistakes that kill small groups
- No structure — people stop coming because they don't know what to expect.
- All teaching, no participation — it becomes a lecture.
- All sharing, no Scripture — it becomes a venting session.
- Inconsistent leadership — rotate, but don't abdicate.
- Closed doors — invite one new person every 6 weeks.
Keep momentum between meetings
- Send the passage + 1 short reflection on Tuesday.
- Text one verse on Friday.
- Pray for one person each day in your own prayer time.
- End every cycle with a celebration meal — then start the next study.
